He has negotiated game-changing $1-14M partnerships with companies such as Google, Amazon, Blue Coat, NetApp and GE, and defined repeatable sales processes used to delight clients such as Walmart, JP Morgan, Aetna, Mars, Oracle, NASA, AT&T, Swisscom, Visa, Groupon, Equens, ADP, Zappos and US Intelligence Agencies. Mark has also built distribution channels, led technology partnerships and advised numerous technology companies in Advisory and Board capacities. Prior to his CEO roles at Allure Security and Prelert, he led sales teams at OnLink, where he grew revenues from 0 to $20M in under 2 years which led to the acquisition of OnLink by Siebel Systems for $609M, and at McAfee where he was responsible for growing the sales organization of a $100M+ of product business after the successful acquisition of Securify.
Senior partner Jim MacDonald has over 30 years experience in sales, business development, and customer success, having worked at multiple start ups ranging from $2MM - $75MM in revenue, all with successful exits. In addition, Jim has built and managed customer-facing teams in larger, global B2B businesses, including 5 years at Amazon.com where he launched a new cloud business in the US & EU. Jim possesses deep experience in and a strong passion for helping companies identify, understand, acquire and delight their customers. He is well versed in selling AI-enabled and cloud-based solutions into multiple B2B industries - Industrial & High Tech, Life Science & Pharmaceutical, Finance & Insurance, CPG, Retail, Hospitality, Transportation.
